C肝治療擅停藥有風險　醫師建議子女陪看診
C型肝炎可服藥治癒，不過醫師發現，50歲以上患者對疾病認知度低或停留在舊觀念，影響治療意願，容易自行停藥。建議子女應積極陪長輩就醫，以免擅自停藥影響效果。

為了增加C肝治癒率，衛生福利部中央健康保險署2017年1月首度將C肝全口服新藥納入健保給付，完整療程的患者治癒率達97%。

林口長庚紀念醫院副院長簡榮南表示，自C肝藥納入給付截至今年6月底，已有6萬多人接受新藥治療。今年截至7月19日，治療取號已至4萬1543人，為確保「治療不中斷」，衛福部可望再增加治療預算。

根據規劃，台灣可望在2025年達到41萬治療人數、91.1%治療率，較世界衛生組織對全球設定的2030年C肝根除目標，還提早5年。

簡榮南說，為達到治療目標，台灣下一步要突破的是「篩檢困難」與「就醫困難」2大障礙。全台約45萬名C肝感染者，近半數感染而不自知；近2成（19.2%）患者居住偏遠鄉鎮或原鄉，交通不便、就醫困難而消極治療。

根據長庚醫院臨床治療數據，簡榮南表示，50歲以上C肝患者對疾病認知度低、交通不方便、或是對治療仍停留在舊觀念，不但治療意願低，也容易自行停藥。

簡榮南說，目前健保對C肝全口服新藥每人一生僅給付一次，呼籲子女應積極陪同長輩就醫，關心超人氣產品網購人氣產品長輩服藥情況，鼓勵遵照醫囑，切莫擅自停藥以免影響治療效果。

若患者貿然停藥，恐造成治療失敗，增加未來治療困難度，日後治療恐需自費，且肝臟仍會持續發炎而惡化成肝硬化、肝癌。對病患健康與經濟均造成重大影響、得不償失。

衛福部國家C型肝炎旗艦辦公室研究員吳慧敏表示，台灣C肝的地理聚集性很明顯，高盛行區以雲嘉、偏鄉為主，患者多是50、60歲以上民眾。治療策略要因地制宜，由醫療團隊主動出擊，而非被動仰賴病人、患者家屬舟車勞頓至醫療院所就醫。

簡榮南也建議，政府可考慮將C肝篩檢年齡，從現行45歲降至40歲。健保已掌握近99.8%民眾就醫紀錄，若由政府協助統整並提供C型肝炎病歷資訊給醫療院所，召回患者並進行診治，再輔以獎勵計畫、鼓勵各院所積極召回病患治療。（中央社）
